To become a member of this website and to use the services supplied you must follow the following conditions without exception.

Failure to follow these conditions will result in your membership being removed and your account deleted without notice.

Links Engineer relies on our members following etiquette to ensure all reciprocal links are even.

Site Terms and Conditions

Links Engineer provides all new members with a three month free trial per site. After three months each site is required to pay a £20 per month membership fee to maintain it's membership.
You may only use the domain for linking that is entered as a member of Links Engineer.
You must link the ASP or PHP Link Engineer page directly from the home page of the member website.
The link to the ASP or PHP page from the homepage must be a normal HTML text link, not javascript, flash or any other kind of link.
The website must allow the search engine spiders to be able to index all the shown links. This means that the use of frames, javascript, AJAX or any other technique that stops search engines from accessing the information is prohibited.

General Terms and Conditions.

To become a member of Links Engineer and to use the services supplied you must adhere to the following conditions without exception. Links Engineer reserves the right to exclude any members failing to implement and adhere to our terms & conditions will result in you account being deactivated and you details removed from our database. By signing up as a User of Links Engineer you agree to adhere and be bound by the terms and conditions in this Agreement. Please read this Agreement before implementing the Links Engineer application. Deemed by Links Engineer to have violated the terms and conditions of this agreement are subject to immediate termination of account. Links Engineer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement and such modifications shall be effective immediately. Users should visit this page periodically to review the Terms and Conditions because they legally determine the conditions under which they are allowed to use the application.
The Links Engineer Service package is an online reciprocal linking management system offering individuals or entities to manage and exchange links with other web site owners. Links Engineer Users must pay for the Service via credit card or other payment method authorised at the time of the account registration. If Users pay by credit card, they will be required to provide a valid credit card number and billing address when registering. Fee is subject to change upon 30 days notice from Links Engineer. Notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the website or via email. Account holders may access and use the Service only according to this Agreement and must adhere to our procedures that appear on our Web Site. Any use of the Web Site and the application is at a users own risk. Links Engineer users must not use black hat techniques including Meta tags or any other "hidden text".
Links Engineer will hold no responsibility for any warranties or guarantees regarding the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any information that is communicated to and from the Web Sites using the application. Each user agrees and acknowledges that he engages in link trading at his own risk and that he is responsible for taking any actions necessary to determine whether its use will infringe any third party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity right. Links Engineer shall not be held responsible for any negative actions by Search Engines resulting in a banned site reduced or eliminated Page Rank, or a drop in your overall result rankings. Links Engineer does not reserves the right to guarantee that data made available on our Web Site will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other code that manifests contaminating or destructive properties. It is Users responsibility for implementing sufficient safeguards and procedures to ensure that any such data is free from such problems.
When registering with Links Engineer for the first time, The Account holder will create a unique user ID. The User Identity will include certain Web Site information, including the nature in which the Web Site operates. The information provided may not be treated as confidential. User name and passwords shall be kept confidential the User name, registration identification, and password. Users shall immediately notify Links Engineer support team if the account holder learns of anything suspect. Any loss or theft of a User Identity, registration identification or password, or any unauthorised use of Users registration identification or password or of the Web Site. Links Engineer will use reasonable efforts to follow its privacy policy. Such privacy policy may be changed from time to time at Links Engineer sole discretion. Links Engineer does not assume any responsibility or liability for any information submitted to the Web Site or for the misuse of any User Information submitted by Users or any other person, including any information accessed by a hacker or by any other malicious act.
The Links Engineer allocation serves as a proactive link management system with main purpose of allowing the easy exchange of web site links. Links Engineer does not screen or censor any information or material posted to the Web Site. If a User has a dispute with another User, Users release Links Engineer from claims, demands, and damages of every kind and nature arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. Links engineer does not warrant or guarantee any improvement in organic search engine rankings as a result of using this service. Each user agrees and acknowledges that he engages in link trading at his own risk and that he is responsible for taking any actions necessary to determine whether its use will infringe any third party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity right. Links Engineer reserves the right to terminate Users access to all or a portion of the Service without notice. In the event of such termination, Links Engineer will determine the amount of any refund (if any) to be paid to User as a result of such termination. Should Users use of the Service result from a material breach of this Agreement, or any other agreement between Links Engineer and User, User shall not be entitled to any refund. Termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of the Account or access to the Account, and immediate deletion of all data in the Account. Links Engineer reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter and supersedes any and all prior oral or written agreements and understandings, No modification, amendment, or waiver of this Agreement shall be binding unless evidenced in writing and signed by Links Engineer. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, then such provision shall be deemed null and void, but the remaining provisions shall continue in full force without being impaired or invalidated in any way. The language of this Agreement shall be deemed to be the language mutually chosen by the parties and no rule of strict construction shall be applied against or in favor of either party hereto. The section headings and other headings contained in this Agreement were selected for convenience and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement.
